This was really good seen it on Instagram made mine for 2 but actually split into 3 portions and added cheese to grill on top 😂

My weaknesses too. Need to be quite strict about portion control.

I find using Rigatoni you can eat less as it’s bigger in shape so I half the portion size

I guess it's true rigatoni looks bigger on the plate to fool your eyes. Good trick. Same as Shredded Wheat breakfast cereal looks really substantial, but actually is full of air.

Sadly I can’t trick my stomach with my eyes 😭 just like drinking before meals not working for me either….. I just accepted it and I spare weekly calories so some days it’s ok to go over abd enjoy what I really enjoy ☺️
