I am tired of being told to make lemonade when life gives me lemons. It feels like that is all that has been happening for the past four years.

I am dusting myself off and setting up for yet another new attempt to lose the excess baggage, both physically and mentally. Time to celebrate even the small wins, like getting out for a walk even though it’s cold.

I'm also sick and tired of that lemonade nonsense. I hope you make good progress with your newfound determination. If you do please send some of that mindset with me, because I'm struggling with my last 5-8kg
