Well, here I am again. Heaviest I've ever been and that little belly I had officially hangs and is so uncomfortable when I sweat. Ready to tighten it up (if at all possible) and feel comfortable again. I took my 145 weight for granted. It's harder than ever to lose even 5lbs of this 165. Wish me luck. I can do this.
