Ugh. Weight up again. Not sure what is going on with it this week. I had lunch at a catered event yesterday, but best estimate (since I didn't prepare it myself) was about 500 calories. Half my plate was steamed veggies and salad, a small amount of jambalaya and a very small roll. My total calories yesterday were under 1500. I do feel like I'm catching a cold this morning, so perhaps that is playing into it. I'm also wondering if my calories are coming in low too often. When I've lost weight in the past I have usually been in the 2000 calories per day range. This time it's 1800, but most days I come in well under it...I'm wondering if I need to increase calories a bit, but also afraid to try it if I'm gaining weight on 1500 calories.
