I just had this discussion with my coach. 30% of the population are classified as “creatine non-responders.” Seems consistent with participants who reported no effect🤷🏼‍♀️. Have you ever tried arginine?

I hit 3 maxes in the last week after using creatina over the last 4 weeks. Something is happening! 😊
