I overdid it today. I don't feel quilty about eating all the sugary stuff today however. I was craving some sweet stuff like mad! So I kinda indulged. and now I've had my fill. For the first time in my life I feel normal. If I crave something, I have it. It feels good because my body is changing, and I'm listening. over and above that it is another emotional victory for me by not feeling quilty. I'm not going to lie. I'm beyond sweet tonight. and won't be having sugary things for a while, but overall it was a good day.

I always remember cake and candy sale on last day of school. It was a scam to put you off eating another sweet thing all holiday.
