Still doing better on water. Drank only ONE liter of Diet Coke yesterday and 80oz of water. My bruise seems a LITTLE bit lighter around the edges, but it is still pretty dark. I'm using Arnica Bruise Cream, with vitamin K. WebMD and a couple other websites said that it has been proven to work.

Going to my daughter's to help clean this morning, so I will get in some extra exercise. I'm going to have a Golden Skillet "Big Skillet" Chicken Sandwich for lunch. I picked the mid-range stats from the "big chicken sandwich" search - 650 calories.

We're all out of the Entenmann's PopEm's (my husband helped!), and I'm almost done with the Golden Oreos package. I'll be going to BJ's on Friday, and I'll get another big bag of Stouffer's Sugar-Free Candy. Eating two pieces is usually good for making me go to the bathroom. Three pieces - urgently so!

Pool water was 74 yesterday. "Optimal" is supposed to be 78-82. Forecast for today 83, tomorrow 82, Wednesday 80, Thursday 86, Friday 92 and Saturday 93. A video from two years ago popped up on my news feed yesterday, and when we opened the pool on that day, the water temp was only 66 degrees! My little grandson was shivering and his teeth were chattering! Should be much better THIS year!

OK, trying to get all my "stuff" done this morning before I go to my daughter's from 8:30-11am, pick up chicken sandwich, Bible Study phone call at 12:30, then I MIGHT go ahead and try to vacuum the bottom of the pool (even though I haven't planned to do it until Wednesday.

I'm no paragon of virtue, but I'm concerned for your health, sister. It sounds great to be drinking less Diet Coke, but you are adding sugar-free candy? It scares me.
