Well, December is over and the new year has begun....on Monday i get back to serious focus with a goal of 135lbs, something I havent seen since i can remember. I havent stood on the scale in the past week or more but have still be working out 6 days a week so I am hoping its less than 5lbs of weight gain. Tomorrow tons of water and Monday will be weigh in. eeek.
Hope everyone had a lovely xmas with their families and that it was filled with joy. I know the holidays can be tough as its a time that we remember those we have loved and lost.
