Started Optavia, yesterday and I am really positive about this. I have done something like this in the past, but without a coach, i need to learn new behavioral skills along the way. I have over 100 pounds to lose and will take my time in this, I know it will not come off overnight, since it did not come on overnight. It is just good to know that this is something that will work for me, and I am finally at this level of commitment.
