Two tore tendons did well today. Full hour of nunchuka racquetball. Plus a 30 minute Speedbag session. Tender yes. Working after three months very good.
Not able to use double sticks on nunchuka racquetball as the tour up elbow is not healed enough to handle a full set. But it was able to spin them and hit a few in warm up.
