Hi Vanessa 👋🏼☺️ thank you... I started Intermittent Fasting last year March and have lost 35kg in about a year that way. The 1st few months are hard but well worth it. Thank you for that Mandy, I will. We are trying the Mediterranean diet, with limited calories and weight training with cardio. I hope this is the right choice for us. My calorie limit is 1200 but most days I do less than that. Not by much, but less is for me.
