woo hoo!!! dropping even more. I was even a little bad last night with my homemade salsa and chips. I just ate too much not realizing how many calories it was until after I ate. I just need to cut it back. It is a learning experience for sure and as long as I don't repeat mistakes then all will be well. must remember...calculate before actual eating
