my breakfast this morning is going to be one of my favorites now. It's under 170 calories and so filling. Two egg whites cooked omelette style with chopped onions and garlic, a pinch of shredded cheese and some spinach wrapped in a Carb balance spinach and herb tortilla. I put some Pico de Gallo on top. Delicious!
