Down another .2 lbs this morning, although I'm not going to record an official weigh-in. My doctor suggested weighing every day, but personally I think it's a bad idea. Too much fluctuation from one day to the next....for me, I find once a week gives me a better picture of how I'm progressing. I'm doing what he says though, and stepping on every morning (minus a couple of days that I forgot).
There is potential for a bit of sleet here over the next couple of days, although it's not expected to stick. Still, I want to be prepared as sometimes it's worse than the forecasters say, and I'm running low on fruit and a few other items. I'm going to a higher end market than my usual, it's across town but has a lot more organic produce.
Not really cooking today...did an easy breakfast of egg w/avocado, one slice of toast and a banana. We will likely eat out for lunch, but there are a number of good restaurants in the area we are shopping where I can pick out something that fits with my plan. For dinner I pulled some homemade chili out of the freezer, which I will serve with salad and fruit. Snacks I haven't quite worked out, but have plenty of 100 calorie packs of nuts, small yogurts, etc.
