I love the look of your baby marrow fries. Sadly cannot use panko bread crumbs but I plan to make them with parmesan next week

WA- in one of the carb clever books I have they also suggest making a crumb with coconut fine desiccated, along with some Parmesan and spices. I have tried with the coconut before and it was a good crunch actually!

I was googling earlier 🤣 i was thinking like almond flour, then egg wash, then parmasan with some spices etc, although I prefer the idea of a crunch than gooey cheesy? Is the coconut sweet with the zucchini? Thanks for the idea X

I checked now. The real meal revolution has just a crumb with coconut and salt/pepper, dipping the fish into egg then the coconut mix. Real meal for kids does dip in coconut flour, then egg then desiccated coconut for chicken strips. Real food for healthy children does egg then Parmesan and salt crust and it looks crispy in the pics In my memory the coconut isn’t sweet but I don’t do it alone I think I mixed with Parmesan and garlic and onion powder (Woolies) as well as salt and herbs. I love a lot of flavour!
