Guys, I'm struggling again. I havent gained but I need to eat more or take a break.

Do you think it would be safe to eat on a 200 calorie deficit? I don't necessarily want to lose weight at the moment but also don't want to gain.

i will be starting gym beginning of June then I will get back to a bigger deficit
