finding it hard to stay motivated health wise because i have been soooooooooo busy!! busy...good. not healthy.....not good. i have been so busy that i have not been getting nearly enough sleep,and i have not been eating right. i need a balance somewhere in the middle

Yes, ma'am you do. You know how important proper rest is to anything, get that first then get back to work on the other stuff. How is the new ministry going?

Awesome is all I can say!! God is really moving and Satan is throwing darts and fits. Our new pastor said we are going to give him a run for his money because greater is He that is in me than he that is in thw world!!8-)
