i would love to be in the 160s by july 😬 i already bought a suit that absolutely needs me to loose 20 more lbs 😳

I also bought a size up that i can fit now. But 🤣🤣🤣 wheeew its not pretty 😭🤣🤣 this 20lbs HAS to come off!! I still have last years. But i dont want to even think thats an option.. No excuses 🤗

Have you ever thought about weightlifting? Weightlifting will significantly raise your BMR, so you'll lose weight faster. As you get stronger, you'll actually get to eat more food WHILE STILL losing weight. Food for thought. You got this.

Thank you Allegra. I use to work out with trainers. Ill do light weights. Im already very strong. I dont want to be buff 😅🤣 I also grew up all my life and some as an adult playing soccer, softball and volleyball..so strength isnt an issue. Plus i unload and put away a whole 18 wheeler every week. Gotta be strong to for that every week. I would rather not get into the habit of eating more. Im a recovering food addict. Im 40. Its takin this long to cut back and be ok.

The swimming pool at the (Medicare- free Silver Sneakers) athletic club is closed for repair. I plan on fitting into my bathing suit soon. Water exercise is the best for me.

You got it sugarplum!! I tried mine on... Lol 😬 my 19 year old thinks i look good lol my eyes say.... No no no lol 20 to go!! Hopefully the pool will be back for you soon. Or youll probably have to find somewhere else to swimmersize.. I love swimming. Ill definitely be doing a lot of that soon. Its so easy on my knees.
