*hugs* I'm sorry.. I just came to the conclusion I do too. it's my very last vice & definitely difficult to give up. I guess knowing is half the battle... 🙏

I’m a binger, too. I’ve been forcing myself to drink a large water before eating anything. Sometimes it’ll help fill me up a bit and sometimes it’ll slow me down (delay eating by 20 minutes). Of course, a big part of this is to not have bingeable snack foods in the house. I have a counselor and she’s helping me find the root cause of behaviors like this. Don’t beat yourself up - just keep at it!

When you feel like tossing in the towel is when you need to refocus like mad. Hang in there. Don't give in only to regret it even worse later.

I too struggle with binge eating. I have recently discovered I need much emotional help as well as dieting. Hang in there friend because you can beat it.

I binge sometimes.. but I don’t beat myself up over it… I just enjoy it then do better the next day. …good luck !

Relax and be patient. Accept that there will be ups and downs along the way. You've got so many years of practice eating without boundaries. It takes time to un-learn the old habits and develop new ones. Think "years" not "weeks". It takes a long while to adjust, but try to learn to be consistent, don't make drastic moves, expect baby step results, and you WILL get there! 🤘

Try thinking about the reason why the binge eating is happening. Are you not eating enough calories daily, and end up binging because you are hungry? Emotional eating? etc.
