I used carb balance sun dried tomato basil tortilla wrap, cherry tomatoes, hidden valley plant powered spicy dressing, diary free cheese, baby spinach, shredded carrots, zucchini squash,red onion, and red bell peppers. I baked the zucchini, onion and red pepper getting it nice and crispy.
