This is the first day of my journey. I am tired....tired of upper back pain, tired of looking at cute clothes that I want to buy but I know will not fit at this moment, tired of getting on the scale and seeing the numbers go up, and just tired of being tired!! When you are at a weight like mine, life is exhausting. I just want to be healthy. I want to be comfortable running around with my kids and not feel like it will hurt physically. I want to be able to jump up and down in worship at kids church without having to hold my arms in front of my chest because I might hurt my self with what are my enormous boobs. seriously, they are huge and those of you that wonder...they are not all they are cracked up to be. Seriously, there are certain shirts I just can not wear and forget not being able to go around not wearing a bra (well I could, but gravity is a big issue)
I am determined this time to lose to a healthy weight...to have more energy and not have a lot of health problems. This has been a battle for 12 years I am tried of losing. I will win!!! Accountability is what I need and this site I believe will give it to me.
