You may need to get change things up. You need to reduce your body fat. There are foods that are supposed to help with that. Do some research. Oxygen magazine is a great motivator too. You may not want to look like the women on the cover, but they talk about how to lose fat and shape up body parts. You may need to shake up your diet. Eat really clean, with lots of protein, lean dairy (shown to reduce body fat), fruits and veggies). If you don't strength train, you may want to add some in a couple times a week. A combo of cardio and strength training can help move you forward. Remember the scale is just a compass pointing us in a direction. It does not tell you how fit you are and you can be at goal and flabby and unfit.
