161.8 yet again......well what else is new? I know I should be happy with a 38 pound weigh loss and going from a 14 to an 8 but I'm not. I just can't seem to drop anymore. I don't know what to do differently. I am eating well, and working out 3 times a week for an hour to an hour and a half each time. Everyone tells me how great I look and in clothes I would agree with them. I know I have had 5 kids but does it mean I have to just deal with this saggy belly forever? I know it has gotten smaller but flat, yea right. Frustration has totally set in.......

You may need to get change things up. You need to reduce your body fat. There are foods that are supposed to help with that. Do some research. Oxygen magazine is a great motivator too. You may not want to look like the women on the cover, but they talk about how to lose fat and shape up body parts. You may need to shake up your diet. Eat really clean, with lots of protein, lean dairy (shown to reduce body fat), fruits and veggies). If you don't strength train, you may want to add some in a couple times a week. A combo of cardio and strength training can help move you forward. Remember the scale is just a compass pointing us in a direction. It does not tell you how fit you are and you can be at goal and flabby and unfit.

thanks suzi. I do do cardio and strength but looking back and being honest. I haven't been eating clean. I guess I need to just buckle down again but it's so hard sometimes.
