I have been very busy and under the gun with life. I am glad weighed and saw that I was 161.8!!! below 162--I don't feel like I have been very "good" but still keeping away fro diet coke-drinking water doing yoga and eating balbanced meals as best as available. I try to eat boiled eggs when hungry. I have not been able to excercise as much as I would like too-but it is the best I can do right now.
