June 1st to 30th I am being VERY strict. I want to lose 10lbs by my bridal shower/bachelorette parties (July 4th weekend)... My first shower is a lingerie shower! FUN!!! I estimated my size smaller than I am now... so it will be interesting to see what fits! Right now I am between a 12 and 14 depending on the style...for pants... or a medium on top. I guessed a size 10 or medium for the lingerie. I kinda slacked off a bit in May, stopped righting my food down and not as much at the gym...but now i am back on track completely. Day 4. I've been at the gym 3 days in a row. My abs hurt =)

good luck to you... abs are done best when alternating days. When you give it a day to recover it actually works in your favor ask any trainer who really knows what they're doing.

My old trainer believed in working abs everyday because they are such big muscles...but dammmmnnnn thats hard...lol..I think every other day works better....

I would have to agree with the every other day. Every trainer in my gym says that working them everyday will do more harm than good.

Thanks everyone!!! the weights I do skip a day in between but this is my Bodyflow class- which is balance, tai chi, yoga, and pilates.... good for the body AND mind... they only offer it tues-fri at this gym so those are the days I try to go.... It is just a tough release to do 3 or 4 days in a row. Normally it is not this bad.
