My weight is up just 0.2 today. I'm very surprised with all of the cheese I had yesterday. I expected to be up a pound or so. Maybe it's only milk that really upsets me. I'll keep playing with that.
I'm going to keep around 60 NC and maybe start bumping up to find my CLL. My body is just exhausted right now. I'm going to back off on the exercise a bit - not so much how often, but how intense. I took last week as a Recovery Week, but I am still tired. I think after how hard I worked and how far I came the last 8 weeks my body wants an extended break. Bummer - I have a lot of challenges going on and was looking forward to working towards my Ultimate Goals. But for now I'll have to back off and stay a little steady. Oh, well. I'm far, far ahead of where I started. I'll keep lifting weights and walking and doing some Zumba, just not as much as I was hoping for now. :)
