Great day yesterday. I ended up getting in 5-1/2 miles before all was said and done. I drank nine 8-oz bottles of water. I logged all my food. I didn't snack quite as much as usual. I was very surprised to find that I got in 20g Fiber during the day. My total calorie intake was 2,216. My Exercise expenditure was 3,672. That's a calorie deficit of 1,457. I'll take it! Scale was DOWN again this morning, praise the Lord!

I'm feeling like today is going to be an "I want to eat all day" day. Going to the store that has the Entennman's donuts BOGO Free this week. Instead of getting the Rich Frosted Mini Donuts, maybe I'll get the Rich Frosted PopEm's (donut holes). That way, I can see if just ONE will satisfy my sweet tooth (or, I can eat them more times during the day for the same amount of calories as the Mini's). Maybe I'll also get some mini cucumbers for snacks and some spaghetti squash (which I like to eat cooked with butter on it). Both will at least have the redeeming quality of counting for a vegetable serving.
