Well, I recorded everything I ate today, and logged all my exercise -- all on the WRONG day! I put everything on Wednesday. I must admit that logging my food caused me to eat LESS than I would have eaten. Food was 2,134 calories. Exercise was 3,557. I'm showing a deficit of 1,423 calories. But, there's a chance that I will get up before midnight and have something else to eat - it happens.
Beat my exercise record again today with 4.1 miles. My knees were really hurting by the end of the day, in spite of having taken 3225mg aspirin twice, and applying Voltaren cream 2x. Praying they'll be back to good tomorrow. If they hurt like they do right now, though, I won't be pushing as hard.
