This is my lowest weight since high school. I have been through some health issues since April of 2021 , but improved since February of 2022 and went back to work. I have been on insulin in the past with an A1C of 14. Since February I have been on Farxiga and started eating much healthier. Along with this I watched my carbs and assured that they were as low as coud be with my protein no lower than 30 mg each meal. Along with this assuring that my cholesterol was no higher than around 300 mg for the day. I retired the end of March from a very stressful job of 20 + years and joined the local YMCA from day 1. My blood work is now excellent . My A1C is 5.7. Many thanks to the Fat Secret App for assisting me with my health goals.
