Today will be the day where I will try not to use FatSecret for 3 weeks (until Dec. 19). This is because I feel a bit stressed on counting my calories, and the fact that I gained weight this 4-day school vacation for thanksgiving. I know I gained weight, but I won't weigh in tomorrow. Farewell to you all, and good luck in losing weight. I will miss you all ^_^ Hopefully, I lose weight this time. I will also try to check my notifications when I get chances and try to support you guys

Losing weight is a process. You win, you lose. But don't give up. This is an extremely hard time of year. Just do your best. Keep up with fatsecret anyway. Write in what you ate. then you know where you went wrong. Then when you can get yourself back on track you can look back and see that you made it through this. That you did keep going and even if it was a bad few days or few weeks, you kept up with it.
If you know you're going to be eating something you want ( say going to a birthday party and you want cake) try to plan ahead, eat lighter ahead, so the calories don't hit too hard at the party. Or exercise more so that you've worked them off somewhat and hopefully not affected the scale.
I never am concerned about a pound or two up. It's just part of living and sometimes there's more water in your body than others, especially if you ate a bunch of salty stuff.
Then you go to the bathroom, don't excercise at all and you've lost a pound. Woot!

Thanks for the advice, but I think I will stay with my 3-week plan for experimentation. I really appreciate your helpfulness, but I really hope that I lose weight without FatSecret as well. I hope the best for you, and good luck! ^_^
