Wow! Never ever in my life thought I would see this on my scale with me standing on it. No wonder I have issues with my knees. I know I eat a lot of unhealthy foods, but I also eat quite a few of the good stuff too. It's painfully obvious whatever I'm doing/not doing is taking me down the wrong path.

There's so much going on right now - I work in retail = crazy time of year, we are remodeling the house we are currently sharing with my son and his fiancé - which we are in the process of selling to them, packing up the rest of our stuff, 'cause we are moving to another house, closer to works. The stress and emotions are running rampant it doesn't help that we work days, the kids work swing shift

I gave up on WW.. I really miss the meeting and just can't get what I got from there from only online. The program is a good one. It tries to teach which are the better choice, allows the garbage (not recommended, but allowed) and costs too much. I'm very interested in the DASH diet.. It's come up before and in a survey I took about which diet plan I would stick to best, I was matched 100% with it. Followed by WW and Mayo Clinc at 67% and 62%.. Just don't know if this is a good time to start anything. I hate being this big and the health issues I'm having because of my weight....
