Another minimal day due to knee pain. I've walked less than a mile again for the second day in a row. Only drank 4 waters this morning. Found out at 8:10 that I was supposed to be picking up my grandson at 8:30 (I forgot). Today will be an 8-hour day with him, and my patience is reduced due to knees hurting. In spite of that, we did go out and get the mail, followed him around as he drove his John Deere Tractor and we picked up pinecones and put in the back, and blew bubbles, oh and painted the spider pencil holder we made when he spent the night night before last. By the time he leaves at 4:30, I will have had him 26 out of the past 48 hours.

Got in 3 servings of baby lima beans today. Going to make a fruit smoothie now to get in the rest of my 5 fruits/vegetables.

OH, gotta watch the plus-size HIIT routine so I'll have accomplished all my atomic goals for the day. Sometimes, it is all I can do to accomplish the minimum requirement. That's what's so good about them. Still counts as a victory and is progress. This morning,

I went online and requested an appointment with the orthopedic doctor. I'll probably hear something back on Monday as far as when I can be seen. Semi-annual appointment with PCP is next week, and I'll see if I can get something for the increased pain.

Sorry to hear you're hurtin Debbie...but I'm so dang proud of you for accomplishing your atomic goals!!! Don't give up, my friend!! And praying the ortho doc can have some answers for your knees.🙏💙
