Day 16:

I haven't exercised in days... Gah. I'm so disappointed in myself. The worst part is that my friend is coming over tomorrow night, so I can't then, and on Thursday we won't be home so I can't work out then either...

I'm hoping to get a lot of exercise crammed into my weekend and to cut the calories a little harder this week to sort of "make up" for my lack of exercise.

We'll see...

just park far away to places and walk. If you have stairs go up and down them a few times. any helps to keep you active.
