3rd day of skipping breakfast. I would have never thought that skipping it would make the hunger completely disappear until lunch time, as opposed to feeling RAVENOUS the whole morning!

Wow...

Welcome me to intermittent fasting...

Also committed to morning workouts. Not working out in the morning in hopes of using my free time during the afternoon (let alone at night) wasn't working. I'm just tired and demotivated. Starting the day with yoga also seems to be working.

Now cross fingers I've found the way!
