Ok, own up everybody! Who here actually only pours themselves a 30g serving of cereal (as stated on the box) like bran flakes? I just poured a 40g serving and that seemed like a tiny portion!

I do - today and most days 30 grams of all bran -50g milk - no sugar black tea 113 calories the lot.

Get shreddies or cubs! If you have blueberrries and raspberries then there is only space for 20g of cereal!

I never have 30g. is that what it suggests? I usually have 60. I work it into my diet. no point in 30 I'd still be hungry! 😂

When I first started I did used to pour 40g and 60g milk, but nowadays, I have 62g and 100g milk, it’s still less the 270 kcal, even with the 40g I quickly got used to the amount, and it was a good way of learning restraint. 👍🏻

I do. But usually have a few raisins with mine and a crumpet with bertoli light and raspberry jam on to follow.

more like 60 pr 70g for me depending on the cereal, like shreddies about 60g but cheerios they're so light I measure much less. 40g wouldn't feed a child 😅

I do measure it usually. It takes a while to get used to it. I have problems with Grape Nuts though. Could eat the whole box in one go 😀

I found a bowl that holds 30g exactly so use that for fruit and fiber, saves the temptation to over fill.

Try puffed rice 40g is like a bowl full. I still have some raisins with this but looks more like a bowl full 👍

that's why I have poached egg on toast with marmite less than 200 calories (l love butter but can't be trusted to only have a smither).

Yeah I do I only tend to eat muesli and 10k fuel granola with low fat yogurts
