Gained!! I don't know which scale is correct - home or hospital's!! I weighed at home today and got 132kg!! I keep losing inches off my waist - 10inches so far (August to date). Dropped from UK sizes 26/28 to 20/22. I've increased my exercise regime and intensity in the last 2 weeks. Continued to maintain low carb diets - with high fat and low/high protein. I know a lot of people have said don't look at the scale but I just can't help it!!
