I haven't really been sleeping well (if at all) lately. I'm really not tired right now, so, instead of sitting on my butt watching Netflix, I used the elliptical :) I felt like I was dying towards the end and wanted to quit part way through but I didn't and I'm kind of proud of that! After I finished, I went and sat outside, listening to the rain and the animals was really nice and when I looked in the mirror, I felt less disgusted with myself. I'll try to do this every night... just hopefully not at 3 am!
