ladies and gents. please help me out by giving me some tips on food storage. Especially with the calorie counting. Foods I can buy that I can freeze but would be easy to take out every night. thank you

I would suggest googling some weekly meal prep sites. you can create Tupperwares that you know the calorie content of and then just defrost the correct number of calories fornthe day
