Looking at this picture, it looks like it's been eaten once already. But actually its Chicken fried rice made with cauliflower, chicken, an egg, garlic powder and soy sauce. It tastes great, is very filling and is low cal and low glycemic. 257 Kcal, 7g net carbs, 38g protein.
