Back to work after 5 days off...hard to get motivated to get to my office but here I am....updating my diet stuff.
Desperately trying to get into ketosis to lose another 8lbs....gonna kick carbs to the curb and do my best to focus on lots of protein, fat and veggies.
140 here I come!!!!!!!!!!
