Circuit training is looking very appealing to me right now. I did some weights this morning, but I think I wanna try something new. I finally broke through that 179 pound barrier as well woo hoo! Had lunch with my daughter at Applebees and checked out the 550 calorie menu...and I must say...pretty damn good! Now, back in the day I would have thought, not EVEN enough food, but the meal was probably actually a little more than I have been used to these past months! I am liking this new way of life. Actually , I should say, Im glad to be BACK!
