I guess the recent salt influx is finally wearing off. Was surprised to see this big of a drop based on cal deficit only... more "salt bad" evidence for me.

Seems like my biggest losses are not recorded during the week when working out the most, but after a long weekend of inactivity. Anybody else notice that?

You are so close to goal that your body is going to fight you tooth and nail until it gets accustom to the newer weight. Fantastic loss. Hang in there, it's coming!!!

Food sure taste different without salt. I actually get to taste the food.
