Awesome progress 👍🏽. I agree what’s happening in this🌎 puts everyone on edge. 

Very noticeable! I agree- the war is so sad! 

Praying for peace and protection! Amazing focus and progress!  

Yes, being on the edge of WWIII with a disturbed man with his finger on the nukes is sad indeed.

Well - the Ukraine was once a part of Russia - half of the population of the Ukraine is of Russian descent - and Russia has to have access to the Black Sea to where all Nations park their war ships --- So if Russia is attempting to clear a path to where their ships are harboured - make a path or if there is a need to save life - then surrender ... !  

World War 3 was declared in 2014-2015 - so Russia will not be denied access to their own War Ships during a World War. Did everyone miss that announcement?

As a Canadian - I cannot draw a line since I have old friends who came from the Ukraine - Kiev even with their older non-english speaking mothers and related by blood and marriage to both Ukrainians and Russians - so as a Canadian - mixed Nationalities - I find that the rising hatred and misunderstanding that causes such arising deplorable. I hate war more than I hate fat. 

As a family also of Canadians with many friends from the Ukraine and a son from Russia, there is no good reason to bomb innocent people. Never ever. Countries are land locked all over the world. I'm not being political. Military invasion of another sovereign country... Not OK.  

Dragmoscow, congratulations, you are looking great!!! Hard work is showing!!!  

Just unfollowed a pro-Putin Canadian. First time for everything, even on Fat Secret. Great job on the workouts, DragMoscow. Feel free to delete any comments on your post that support Putin's bullying war efforts to land-grab independent neighboring countries.

And everyone please look up a map of Russia before claiming that it does not have access to seas/oceans, or that it doesn't have anywhere it could dock its ships.
