It's been another successful weekend at my house. Actually, I was in full emotional melt down yesterday. I don't really know what triggered it - I didn't want to be around my kids at all yesterday. That is not like me at all! I guess that I just wanted a free day to be something besides house keeper, spit up wiper, food prepper, cry soother and child entertainer. It took my DH WAY TOO LONG to figure out that he needed to help out yesterday. Even then, his solution was to send the kids downstairs - leaving my oldest to watch the littles. Like THAT is a solution.

The point is that I turned my bad mood around with a glass of wine and a lower fat creamy chicken concoction that was within my calorie range and a really long run. I really needed something creamy and comforting. Then I ran 2.25 miles!!!! A new personal best for distance. It took forever, a little over 31 minutes, but I don't care! I'm hitting a point where I have more stamina to run than I have time. That is cool. A new problem to tackle. Finding more time for running. Yay!
