Morning everyone, so I am not weighing in today, just wanted to ask has anyone got an idee of what the calories are fornthe Bobotie recipy on the app? I want to make it but have no idea what the cal count is......

I would go for the 194 kcal for 100g option and weigh your portion

Problem is there is no recipy as to what and how to make the 194cal recipy......it would be inaccurate to just click that and select it if one doesn't have do the exact ingredients, amounts and so forth....
