Hello all!

I am hoping someone can help me onto the right path. I started my weight loss journey again in January and have slowly been making progress.
I am however a little confused as to what I should be omitting from ny diet.
Tried Keto- not for me, I just cannot stick to it for long periods of time (constipation/bloating/stomach pains/moods and cravings etc)
I tried IF, but also cannot do it consistently as my stomach ulcer acts up some days (I am on meds)

I started with increasing Protein and completely cutting out all added sugars, and refined carbs for basicly the whole January and started walking and exercising on an empty stomach mornings 6 days a week for about an hour or so total. Weight dropped slowly.

I have noticed in the last 2 weeks, that I drop more weight after the days where I included some refined carbs in my meals. Does that mean that I should be increasing the carb value daily? Can anyone recommend macros % I can follow?

I would truly appreciate any feedback!
