yay! since we got home from our holiday I'm seeing my weight stay stable/dropping around the 57/58 zone.

This is amazing and I'm really really happy. I am working really hard to keep it going like this with 18 hour intermittent fasting, calories around just over 1000, low carb/high fat meals but also keeping my fibre at around 21 grams per day.

I've totally lost my appetite and have to almost remember to eat most of the time. and for me the best part is just that I feel good. my confidence is up, I am not hating looking in the mirror as much, my clothes are fitting much better - so I'm really happy here. and now I just need to make sure to stay this way :-)

losing weight is easy, keeping it off is the challenge I find..
