Day 7:
So, I ended up working out after all last night. I'm so glad I did! It felt great. I feel like I'm making some progress. I don't know where all of this motivation is coming from, but I hope it sticks aorund.
I find that as the week came to an end last week--I was getting really tired. I think I'm going to start taking a multi-vitamin again--it might help.
I was feeling sick this afternoon--so I decided to just have some fruit for supper--it's all I really wanted.
So far, so good...
