Got some protein powder to up my protein intake. These cravings hit hard. Hoping to keep eating things that will keep me satisfied for longer. AND got some stevia to substitute my sugar. Any experience with sugar substitutes?

Erythritol is also a good sugar substitute. Xylitol is also ok, but not zero calorie.
