Funny story - I have not been able to find a gym near my home yet, so I decided that until I could I would take advantage of a tape of exercise shows my sister recorded for me from Comcast. My four year old told me that she wanted to do it with me the other day so we put the tape in, and after about 30 seconds of moving around, my daughter looked at me and said - "Wow, Mommy, you are looking smaller already!". I almost fell over laughing. She is so sweet.
