dip from yesterday :-)
I'm really trying to not get too excited by this change in the scale, I still am in the lady zone so I want to wait at least a week till I let myself be too happy. But I really do feel awesome!
I'm doing extended intermittent fasting so I am keeping to my holiday hours where I start eating around 2 which gives me a eating windows till 10 technically but I'm closing the windows at 8.
also keeping the snacking down and just eating my meals. I was so surprised when I was in Spain just how little I really ate and was still full. This really made me realise how much emotional eating I must have been doing.
I'm really keeping my fingers crossed this lasts!
